We can’t believe how quickly this year is passing, we are more than half way through our world tour! We are currently in Auckland, New Zealand performing in Dracula (it was originally written as a novel by Bram Stoker and then converted into a ballet). We are dancing to a dramatic score and the lighting in the show is amazing! Although Auckland is like any other city, it is unique in that everyone lives within half an hour of beautiful beaches, hiking trails and a dozen islands. What a perfect place to live!!
The show is touring around New Zealand which means that we have had the opportunity to see more of the country! New Zealand is a similar size to Great Britain, Colorado and Japan. It has a population of about 4 million making it one of the world’s least crowded countries. Did you know that New Zealand is where the Lord of the Rings Trilogy was filmed? We were lucky enough to visit some of the beautiful locations used to make these incredible films. Anyway, must dash – we are performing in two hours!
